For our patients and their relatives, our company will arrange long or short-term apartments or flats as well as accommodations at 3, 4, 5 Star Hotels near the healthcare centers.
May I arrange an appointment with a doctor at your healthcare centers without a referral from my own doctor?
Yes, you may apply and receive an appointment without any problems. The appropriate appointment will be arranged by our team after you provide us with your medical records and the details of your medical treatment.
What information should I provide for the appointment? Which documents should I have with me?
Your personal details: name, surname, date of birth (specified on your passport) and current address.
You should send us detailed documents specifying your health problem and status, all previous health and medical records, X-rays, MRIs, PET-CTs, images, and details related to your present treatment.
Will I receive a better price at healthcare centers if I do not use your services?
We have signed special agreements with our healthcare centers. Thus, we offer the same prices as the centers. The difference is that for the same price we offer more services such as free airport-medical center transportation, interpreters for assistance in finding convenient accommodations, and tours and excursions in Turkey at reasonable prices.
Apart from these services, our company has offices in our healthcare centers where our professional teams are fast in sharing patient medical records, in replying to patients, in setting up appointments, and in resolving any problems.
